TJ began his coaching career after 25+ years in the ad industry, working as an ECD, CD and writer for agencies big and small, including TBWA\Chiat\Day, Saatchi, Ogilvy, Hill Holliday and Garage Team Mazda.
TJ’s mission is to Desuckify Work. His long journey through ad-land has taught him one powerful truth. Only creativity can stop the suck. We spend years using our creativity to solve massive client problems. We’re good at it. And yet, despite our success, we’re often unhappy, frustrated, stuck. As an executive coach, TJ helps clients turn their creativity inward. He allows clients to tap into their beautifully weird minds to make their work lives as amazing as the work they create for clients. Better, even.

TJ received his bachelors degree from Lehigh University and his Associate Coaching Certification (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
