PROFILE

Stephanie comes to coaching after a distinguished 25+ year career in communications and
PR, including executive roles on both the agency and client sides. Most recently, she served as Coach-in-Residence at Lippe Taylor Group, an award-winning communications agency, where Stephanie created and managed an internal leadership coaching program that received top marks from participants and contributed to industry-leading retention.

While communications is her specialty, helping people and teams unlock their
potential is Stephanie’s true calling. Her coaching practice is informed by knowledge gleaned from countless hours partnering with leaders to help them create more fulfilling and effective professional lives.

Stephanie graduated from Sweet Briar College with a B.A. in Art History and holds a certification in Leading Professional Service Firms from Harvard Business School. She is a Professional Certified Coach certification (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Certified Executive Coach with the Center for Executive Coaching and a LinkedIn “Top Contributor” on the subject of executive leadership. She lives in North Jersey with her family and two opinionated Bengal cats.
