Roshan is an executive coach, D&I facilitator and change consultant with 20 years of experience in organizational development, client service and project management. She has held leadership positions at top agencies like RAPP Worldwide andMcCann Erickson.

As a coach and facilitator, Roshan utilizes her expertise in organizational development to connect the details to the big picture, helping individuals and teams to gain alternate perspectives, build self and social awareness, and increase their impact through meaningful change.

Roshan graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a BS in Finance andMarketing and holds a Masters of International Affairs from Columbia. Roshan is a CertifiedProfessional Coach (CPC) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and a
Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a certified Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and a certified practitioner of DiSC.

Roshan loves change. In fact, she loves change so much that she’s lived in four different states in the last two years. Currently, she calls California home.
