Karen comes with 25+ years of experience coaching both private clients and internally as an HR leader. Her experience at organizations like Google, Publicis, and WPP has offered her the privilege of coaching people at every level and has given her an insider perspective on how companies work and how to navigate them as a candidate and employee.

Whether she’s coaching, training, or facilitating, Karen is in her happy place when she’s having transformational conversations. She cuts to the bottom line, getting to real life issues while opening new perspectives and insights that lead to action and change. She brings big enthusiasm and energy to every conversation.

Karen is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with credentials from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). She’s also obtained her Associate Coaching Certification (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is a certified practitioner of DiSC, Fierce Conversations, Contineo DE+I, as well as a Core Energetics Practitioner, Reiki Master and Teacher.
