Danielle is an executive and team coach with 20 years of experience, most recently leading Learning & Development across North America at Ogilvy. In her career, Danielle has successfully designed and launched modern enterprise-wide programs that drive learning and engagement.
As a group process facilitator and psychological safety practitioner, she uses inquiry and compassion to help groups and teams explore, reflect, and challenge each other to deepen their understanding of themselves and each other to do their best work together.
Danielle graduated from Lehigh University with a BA in Psychology and has a MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University. She completed her Executive and Organizational Coaching certification through Columbia Business School and is also a certified practitioner in Change Management and Psychological Safety.
