Natasha’s 15-year corporate career began at Colgate-Palmolive where she was inducted into the Sales Circle of Excellence. She then went on to the PR and internal communications/employee engagement world where she impacted brands and employees at companies like Mars, Kaiser Permanente, and Illinois Eye-Bank.
Whether she’s wearing her coach or facilitator hat, Natasha infuses joy, happiness, and practicality into her sessions to (re)energize coachees and participants so they can be happier, healthier, and higher-performing — even during times of organizational, personal, and professional change.
Natasha has a BSBA in Marketing from Washington University’s Olin School of Business and a MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University. She holds a Professional Certified Coach certification (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and earned her life and leadership coaching certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Natasha is also a certified Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and a COR.E Dynamics Transitions Specialist.
