Kelly brings 25+ years of advertising experience and has held various marketing communications leadership roles at agencies including Ogilvy, Fallon, MRM McCann, and Colle McVoy. One of her passions over the years has been growing and developing highly effective teams.
As a coach and trainer, Kelly believes in and sees the unique value that each person possesses. She works with individuals to overcome internal blocks and helps them build leadership skills in order to unleash their greatness.
Kelly is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) as well as a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She resides in St. Paul, Minnesota.
