Cathy has more than 20 years of advertising and marketing experience, and has worked with some of the world’s largest brands such as Johnson and Johnson, American Express, Pitney Bowes, National Gallery of Art and Carter’s, in their ambition to be digital-first businesses.In the last 8 years, Cathy was the CEO at creative agencies Barbarian and Organic, where she led significant business and employee experience transformations.
Cathy brings passion and focus on inclusivity in coaching to help leaders understand and embrace world views as they create companies that reflect the world we live in. Cathy is an outcome-focused and experienced facilitator with C-level teams.
Cathy has a BS in English Education and a Leadership Coaching Certification from American University.
