Beatriz Albini-Ruiz is a certified executive leadership coach dedicated to supporting clients who are aiming for new professional heights. With over a decade of HR leadership experience working for both start-ups and established corporations, Beatriz is known for her passion for employee development, equity, diversity, and inclusion. Beatriz specializes in helping high-achieving professionals from underrepresented backgrounds become effective and influential leaders within their organizations and beyond.

Beatriz brings valuable perspectives as a first-generation Latina professional and dedicated mother, familiar with balancing concurrent and intricate demands. Beatriz knows firsthand the many challenges of being a “first” in many areas of life. Clients respond to Beatriz as she is known for her capacity to inspire trust and her caring yet candid approach. Her ability to intuitively connect at deeper levels allows her clients to uncover what’s holding them back in their careers and life, so they can create a path forward, and achieve success.

Based out of Montclair, New Jersey, Beatriz is a Professional Certified Coach (CPC), a Certified Resilience Coach, a Certified OKR Practitioner, and a member of The International Coaching Federation (ICF). She’s also a certified practitioner of DiSC, Energy Leadership Index, and EQi. She also holds degrees in HR from Cornell University and Business Administration from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.

Inspired by Dolores Huerta’s quote, “People have the power to make change”, Beatriz sees coaching as her way to make a change in the world.
