PROFILE

Aimee has worked for global consultancies and in corporate roles across a variety of industries ranging from consumer products to financial services sports, tech, and non-profit. She has managed cross-functional projects with teams spanning more than 50 countries and led corporates’ visibility on some of the world’s biggest stages like FIFA World Cup Russia and The Bloomberg Global Business Forum. She combines business acumen with interpersonal connection to foster greater collaboration within teams, ultimately driving business results.

As a coach and facilitator, Aimee supports people to bring more humanity into the workplace.  She brings a natural warmth and curiosity, fostering an environment that increases self-awareness, encourages courageous actions, and allows coachees and participants to feel fulfilled personally and professionally.

Aimee is a Co-Active Leadership Coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is ACC certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She’s also a certified practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile assessment. She holds a BA in Public Relations from the State University of New York College at Fredonia.
